Working with ink and gouache has become a meditative practice for me. I intentionally avoid overdirecting the work, cultivating a calm, receptive mental state so the outcome can emerge with a degree of autonomy from my conscious intent.
What do all of those symbols and characters mean?
Nothing, that I am aware of. I do not know how to read or write in other graphemes. I enjoy the whimsy of drawing random squiggles and shapes.
